You can permanently delete your account and all associated data for any Jaspar Technologies app. Choose whichever is easier — delete inside the app, or send us a request by email.
Delete your MedVault account
MedVault is published by Jaspar Technologies. This page explains how to delete your MedVault account and everything stored with it.
Delete from inside the app
- Open MedVault and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Consent & Privacy.
- Tap Delete account & all data.
- Confirm when asked.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover your records afterwards.
If you can no longer sign in
Email [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address or with the mobile number registered to the account. We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything below is erased permanently and immediately:
- Your account details: name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, blood group and app-lock PIN
- All family member profiles on your account
- All medical records: prescriptions, lab reports and their values, scans, medications, symptom logs, vaccination records and medicine lookups
- All files you uploaded — prescription and report images and PDFs — are deleted from our cloud storage
- Your AI chat history and the records of documents sent for AI extraction
- Notifications and registered devices
- All sign-in sessions and consent records
- The app’s record of your subscription
What is kept, and for how long
We keep security audit records only: the action performed, the date and time, the IP address and device type, and an internal account identifier.
These records contain no health information, no name and no phone number. They are retained for [RETENTION PERIOD] for security monitoring and legal compliance, then deleted.
Important: cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your MedVault account does not cancel a paid subscription bought through Google Play. Google, not MedVault, manages that billing.
To stop being charged, cancel it before or after deleting your account:
Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → MedVault → Cancel subscription.
