Delete Your Account & Data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data for any Jaspar Technologies app. Choose whichever is easier — delete inside the app, or send us a request by email.
Option 1 — Request deletion by email (works for every app)
Email info@jaspartech.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”, and tell us which app you use. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.
Option 2 — Delete inside the app
Each app also has a built-in delete option. Find your app below:
MedVault
- Open MedVault and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab → Consent & privacy.
- Tap Delete account & all data and confirm. Deletion is immediate and you are signed out.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following — this cannot be undone:
- Your account and login credentials (email, password)
- Any profiles you created within the app
- All content and records you stored in the app (for health apps such as MedVault, this includes prescriptions, lab/blood reports, scans, medications and reminders, symptom logs, and vaccination records)
- Any AI chat history and AI-generated summaries
- Notifications and app settings
Uploaded files are removed from storage and records are hard-deleted from our database at the time of deletion. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our rolling backup cycle within 30 days.
Data We Keep (and Why)
We do not retain your personal data after deletion. We may keep minimal, non-identifying transaction or audit logs only where required by law; these contain no health or personally identifying content.
